The price is great as well as it is comfortable and clean
Awesome accommodations for the money! Will definitely go back!!
Friendly welcome from staff. Tastefully decorated rooms and public areas in autumn colours give the hotel a cosy feel. Lovely small outdoor eating area. Very quiet at night.
The wine & cheese reception from 5-7 PM as well as the delicious breakfast in the morning!
loved the bedding
no full length mirror ..no pool, no bar, restaurant
Hotel very clean, comfortable and breakfast, although described as continental, Was very satisfactory.
Staff was very pleasant Room was perfect for my needs
Not exactly sound-proof. There were people in the hall in the middle of thenight who interrupted my sleep and the TV in the room next door woke me up early in the morning.
I have to say that the woman that helped me with our reservation was Great. All though I never had a chance to meet her Personally Sue was a big help with our plans. I found it interesting that house keeping did not do much With our rooms as far as making the beds and cleaning during the day While we were out. We left her a tip but she did not take it. I suppose That's good since she only left towels. I appreciate the breakfast it helps quite a bit as far as time Saving goes.
The house keeping
it was convenient to what we needed to do.
small noisy rooms would prevent me from staying there again.
I enjoyed the staff. Room was comfortable and clean.
Need to make the entrance/exit more understandable in relation to the address. One the internet it is 12 s----------st and not 5 John st. Very confusing. Went round and round and round.
room was clean, bed was comfortable
water in shower was hard to control, in fact, not at all.
The wine/beer tasting was a nice touch. Service at front desk was excellent. Room was nicely decorated. Great location for our overnight on way back from the East Coast. Auburn is a beautiful city.
Room was small. If we were staying more than a couple of nights, it would have mattered more.
Friendly, helpful staff, eco-friendly soaps, etc, first floor room,
Room was quite small, almost cramped.
The room was not big, but very quaint, compact and comfortable. I stayed there b/c the Holiday Inn was booked. When I come back, I'll stay at the Inn at Finger Lakes over the Holiday Inn.
The main entrance was difficult to navigate, but given the layout in the city, there didn't appear to be another option.
Very clean and modern furnishings. Extra large bathroom. Complimentary Wine and or beer and crackers and cheese before dining out was a nice touch. Coffee or tea available in the lobby along with free newspaper. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was quite small although very adequate in every other way. Our room was on the road side and although traffic was quiet in the night, late evening and early morning noise did filter in.
