This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. The first time, the staff were sweet to my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I’m coming back for Christmas!

great location but basic accommodations
The location is one of the biggest highlights. it’s within walking distance of charming shops and restaurants. The two Queen beds provided reasonable comfort for our family over the two-night stay, with convenient amenities like a microwave and fridge. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at a nearby restaurant that was highly recommended by the staff.
The overall feel of the accommodation reflected a basic stay, lacking in some comfort features.

The hotel had a pleasant ambiance and was generally clean, providing a convenient base near shops and restaurants. However, the customer service could use improvement, particularly during breakfast. The furnishings felt a bit dated, and more attention to the common areas would enhance the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the comfy mini-fridge and the cozy window seat in our room. There were great opportunities to relax with the lounge area and a nice outdoor space. Just a minor note, it would be nice to have a real person onsite in case of emergencies. 😄

missingWrote a review on Aug 16delicious pub grubcozy junior suitefancy bedspreadconfusing entranceuneasy virtual check-in
Diving into the local food scene was a treat! Swaby's Tavern served up some classic pub grub that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the cozy Junior Suite I stayed in had a fancy bedspread and a neat pull-out couch, perfect for a family getaway.
The virtual check-in left me feeling a bit uneasy—what if something went down after hours? Plus, navigating without clear signage to the entrance was a hassle. Got a bit worried about lost access if an emergency popped up.

I truly appreciated the warm decor and welcoming lobby atmosphere, which made it easy for me to relax. The staff was very accommodating, ensuring my needs as a senior were met throughout my stay at the Inn At The Finger Lakes.
Could use better signage for accessibility.

Great location and cozy room, but signage needs improvement to find the entrance.

The cozy Junior Suite was inviting, but check-in was unfriendly and unhelpful.

missingWrote a review on Jul 22fast wi-ficonvenient locationuncomfortable mattress
The wi-fi offers fast connectivity, which really helps if you need to catch up on emails or want to binge-watch something while you relax. Also, it's conveniently located near the Finger Lakes wineries, perfect for a bit of sightseeing when you’re not resting.
The check-in process felt like a lengthy ordeal with a kiosk only available outside a locked lobby, which could throw off plans, especially if arriving late. The mattress in my room was sagging, leading to an uncomfortable night where I couldn’t get a decent sleep. Plus, parking was limited, and there were no signs directing me where to enter, making hauling bags a little annoying.

Cozy and Convenient Stay
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because the room was small yet comfortable, featuring a little coffee maker and a cozy pull-out couch. The location was excellent for walking to local restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. However, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement. a wider selection of healthy options would be appreciated.
